A View From The Front

Dragon at Large

Dragon at Large

Today we had a few visitors that ranged from those that were fellow sellers to those visiting from out-of-town. Austin was our first customer of the day and he knew exactly what he wanted, a purple gecko sitting on top of his arm. Then I met a stay-at-home dad and his two children, Isiah and Kayla. Isiah got a small dragon and Kayla got a pink kitty cat tattoo. Both kids were very happy now that they have tattoos just like their dad. I also met few students from Japan who are currently studying at UC Berkeley. Good thing they are English students as my Japanese is a little rusty.

In addition, we got an opportunity to spray a couple of temporary tattoos that we have always wanted to do. The largest one was of a Japanese dragon that had a fiery and sinister color theme. It was quite impressive, fit their arm perfectly, and definitely put a smile on his face. Some of the other tattoos were generally those that would appeal to the younger crowd. This was no surprise as our event booth was next to other children’s activities. It’s was a nice change of page.

So in case you were wondering, we will be at the same location near the front of the Flea Market tomorrow. So come on by and check us out. Thanks again.
